Double Cylinder Knife Edge Gate Valve

CP Series double gate O type knife gate valve is double gates type which widely used in the Pulp and Paper industry (recycling or secondary fibre processing) designed to handle high concentrated or contaminated medium. In open position, both gates retract into the body and allow full flow. When closing, the gates push stock and contaminants as staples, wires out of the body into the flow.As the result of this double gate design,the Stroke time is the half of conventional valves.

Seat:

• Side entry and replaceable seat design,can be changed freely.
• The seat ring retainer avoid flow fluid flushing the seat ring.
• Material of seat is selected according to the meduim and service convice condition,choosing metal seal or soft seal.Metal seal is 304+stl or 316+stl.Soft seats are PTFE,EPDM,NBR,which have good sealing performance.

Test:

• Body test: Working pressurex1.5
• Seat test: Working pressurex1.1
